  • Registration for club activities is subject to availability and may be limited.
  • Refunds may be available under certain circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

Disclaimer of Liability:

  • Participation in wrestling activities carries inherent risks of injury.
  • Charger Wrestling Club is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during club activities or events.
  • Participants and parents/guardians assume all risks associated with participation in Charger Wrestling Club.

Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charger Wrestling Club, its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our website or participation in club activities.

Termination:

  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website or club participation at any time for any reason.
